William A. Switzer Provincial Park is located in the heart of the Alberta Northern Rockies. The 63 km park has five campgrounds along a chain of five lakes surrounded by tall forests of pine, spruce and aspen. The park offers year-round recreational opportunities to connect with nature. Favourite activities include relaxing at the beach, paddle boarding on the lakes, canoeing Jarvis Creek, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, snow shoeing, and cross-country skiing. During the summer months, families can join park interpreters for guided hikes and entertaining amphitheatre shows.
