what to expect

Smoke Lake Provincial Recreation Area is 9 km southwest of Fox Creek off Hwy. 43. Visitors can wade into the lake’s clear blue waters from the sandy beach, and additional lake access is available at the boat and hand launches. Engage in various water-based activities including power boating, skiing, swimming, or fishing. Anglers can try their luck to catch walleye, perch, pike and whitefish. In winter come back and experience ice fishing.
