This scenic area offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities. Enjoy camping, beaches, fishing, boating and more. Scattered around the reservoir you will find three popular first come, first served campgrounds offering basic campsites with easy water access, and hand pumps with non-potable water. Firewood is not available. Visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and bring their own drinking water and firewood. Discover three diverse Day Use Areas situated on both the reservoir and the Red Deer River which provide opportunities for picnicking. For large groups, there are three reservable Group Use Areas at South Dyke.
